The Sharon High Boosters Bracket Challenge Fundraiser is a fun and easy way to support SHS athletics while enjoying the tournament. Brackets are available now for $20 each, and you can purchase as many as you’d like.
This is a percentage-based 50/50 pool, with prizes for the top three finishers:
• 1st Place: 70% of the pool
• 2nd Place: 20% of the pool
• 3rd Place: 10% of the pool
All brackets and payments must be submitted by March 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

How to submit your bracket:
To enter the pool, just follow these two steps:
Step 1: Click this LINK to join the SHS Boosters Bracket Challenge on Yahoo (If you don’t have an account, you will need to create).
Step 2: Send your $20 entry fee via Venmo to @SharonBoosters.
Important: In the “What’s this for?” note, please include your bracket/team name so we can match your payment to your entry.

Selection Sunday: March 15

First Round (Men): March 19–20, 2026

How much does it cost to enter?

Can I enter more than one bracket?
Yes. You can submit multiple brackets, but each bracket must have a unique team name and a separate $20 payment.
What if I submit a bracket but forget to send payment?
Your bracket will not be eligible until the payment is received. Be sure to complete both steps before the deadline.
What if my Venmo name is different from my bracket name?
No problem. Just make sure to include your bracket/team name in the Venmo note so we can match the payment to the correct entry.
Can I change my bracket after submitting it?
Brackets can only be edited before the tournament games begin. Once the first game starts, brackets are locked by Yahoo.
What happens if there’s a tie?
Yahoo’s tiebreaker system will determine final placement based on the tiebreaker question and scoring rules set in the pool.
How are winners determined?
Standings are automatically tracked through the Yahoo bracket pool scoring system.
How does the 50/50 percentage-based pool work?
It’s simple! 50% of all entry fees go directly to the Sharon High Boosters to support our student-athletes and teams. The remaining 50% of the pool is split among the top three winners:
1st Place: 70% of the prize pool
2nd Place: 20% of the prize pool
3rd Place: 10% of the prize pool
